Eisbrecher für Lader
1. Die Eisbrechmaschine ist am vorderen Ende des Laderarms befestigt und nutzt dessen Antriebskraft für Eisbrech- und Transportarbeiten. Während des Betriebs treibt das Fahrgestell des Laders die Eisbrechwalze der Eisbrechmaschine an. Das Hydrauliksystem des Laders treibt den Hydraulikmotor an, der ein Drehmoment erzeugt. Über die elastische Kupplung wird der Exzenterblock auf der Walzenwelle in Rotation versetzt und erzeugt so Vibrationen. In Kombination mit der Walzenbewegung wird das Eis durch die an der Walze angebrachte Klinge aufgebrochen.
2. Die Exzenter in den drei Walzen sind über elastische Kupplungen mit den Walzenwellen verbunden und rotieren gemeinsam, wodurch eine hochfrequente Anregungskraft erzeugt wird. Unter Einwirkung dieser Anregungskraft erzeugen die drei Walzen während ihrer Rotation hochfrequente Vibrationen. Diese Vibrationen wirken auf das Eis und erzielen so eine bessere Eisbrechwirkung.
3. Die Schnecken-Schneeräumvorrichtung treibt die Schnecke nach dem Aufbrechen von Eis und Schnee über den Hydraulikmotor an und schleudert den Schnee zur rechten Seite des Eisbrechers. Effizient und zuverlässig, trägt sie zur Verkehrssicherheit bei.
